Abbas Merchant, standing in front of a glass building

I like the part of software that happens after launch: the bug reports, the user who does something you didn't expect, the fix that has to go out today. It's why I ship early and stay close to what I've built.

About

I build software for problems I notice myself. Most of my projects started as something I was doing by hand and got tired of: checking, waiting, translating, tracking. If a tool can make that faster or make it disappear, I'd rather build it than live with it.
